My journey has not been a straight line - it has been a series of moments where God pursued me, rescued me, and patiently led me back to Him. I grew up in church and said “yes” to Jesus as a child, again as a teenager, and later as a young woman - but I didn’t yet grasp what it meant to truly walk with Him. For years I carried a surface-level faith while building my identity around achievement. I advanced quickly in healthcare leadership, later stepping into the secular leadership and coaching world as an award-winning author, speaker, and entrepreneur. On the outside, I was thriving. But on the inside, I was still searching for who I really was, unaware of how deeply I had rooted my worth in titles, success, and performance.

Everything shifted when I unexpectedly lost the career and identity I had built. What felt like devastation became the turning point of my faith. In that season of loss, God gently rebuilt me - breaking through the lies I believed, healing deep identity wounds, and revealing distortions I never knew were shaping my life.

Through prayer, Scripture, and a newfound intimacy with Him, I discovered a peace, clarity, and purpose I had never experienced before. It was here that I finally understood what it meant to walk with Jesus - and that my identity was found in Him alone.

As my relationship with God deepened, He revealed that the work I once did in leadership and personal development was only preparation. After more than a decade in the secular space, God called me out of mindset transformation and into Christ-centered identity transformation. He gave me the blueprint for The Christ Realignment Framework™, a biblical, Spirit-led process mirroring the very journey He walked me through - reclaiming, rediscovering, and reconnecting every dimension of life back to Christ.

Today, as the founder & CEO of Oversight FaithWorks, I help others experience the same freedom, restoration, and alignment God brought into my life. Through our flagship modality, Sanctified™, and our Christ-centered programs, I equip believers to grow in spiritual maturity, break internal and spiritual misalignment, and step boldly into their God-given identity and purpose. My mission is simple: to guide others into the life-changing relationship with Jesus that transformed me forever.

As God renewed my identity and aligned my purpose with His, He entrusted me with new opportunities to speak, teach, and write - platforms that now serve as avenues to guide others into the freedom and transformation found in Christ.

God has entrusted me with platforms to speak His truth - calling believers out of confusion, deception, and misplaced identity, and into the clarity, confidence, and authority found in Christ. Through ministry, teaching, writing, and the development of transformative Christ-centered programs, I am committed to helping others rise into their Kingdom identity and walk in the fullness of who God created them to be.

Committed to Spiritual Maturity

Angelie released her second book, "Leader Mindset Activation: Transform From a Manager to a Visionary Leader", which would go on to win an International Impact Book Award in 2024. Her voice expanded globally through leadership development work - yet even amid the success, God was quietly preparing her for a shift far bigger than she imagined.

2023

Angelie and her husband sold nearly everything, rented out their home, and embarked on a long-term journey abroad. What began as a step toward adventure became a season of profound personal growth, emotional stretching, and unexpected healing - including overcoming chronic migraines and a 12-year battle with Ankylosing Spondylitis. It was a season marked by God’s grace, renewal, and restoration.

2022

Despite being a lifelong introvert, Angelie felt God nudging her into speaking. With His courage - not her own - she stepped onto stages and began sharing her message. That same year, she released her first book, "Mindset: The Power of the Mind", an achievement she credits to God’s gentle prompting and empowerment.

2021

After years of quietly mentoring, training, and supporting others, God awakened a passion in Angelie for developing people. Following His prompting, she enrolled in life coaching school and later launched her own leadership coaching company. Though she didn’t yet realize it, God was using this season to build skills she would one day use for His Kingdom.

2019

Angelie stepped into her first major leadership role in the healthcare industry. On the outside, she looked like a rising star - driven, successful, and advancing quickly. But internally, she was battling deep emotional and spiritual struggles that were slowly shaping her into someone she didn’t recognize. This was the beginning of a season where God would later reveal just how misaligned her identity had become.

2014

Timeline

Angelie and her team launched two TV shows: "Unveil Your Brilliance" and "Take the Lead: A Consciousness Movement". She was also featured as a contributing author in global thought leader Jim Britt’s "Cracking The Rich Code, Volume 13" - a book endorsed by Tony Robbins and featuring a foreword by Brian Tracy. These accomplishments elevated her visibility and expanded her influence, yet behind the scenes, God was stirring her heart. He was beginning to pull her away from consciousness-based leadership work and into the deeper assignment He had been preparing her for all along.

In obedience to God’s clear leading, Angelie closed her secular conscious leadership coaching company and stepped fully into ministry. She founded Oversight FaithWorks, a Christ-centered nonprofit organization devoted to helping believers reclaim identity, grow in spiritual maturity, and realign their lives with Christ through biblical truth and Holy Spirit–led transformation. This year marked the official beginning of the mission God had been writing in her heart for decades.
